Lean Manufacturing Program is a program designed for Micro, Small &

Medium manufacturing Units in which team of highly qualified professionals

come to the manufacturing unit and make a strategy and implementation it to

reduce waste of any kind like rejection or complaint from customers, Man hour

wastage, Space utilization, Unwanted Processes etc. thereby improving the

work environment and overall plant efficiency.

facilitator IamSME of INDIA.
